Seller Agreement – stagedfirst

This agreement outlines the terms between you, the seller, and stagedfirst, a service that connects homeowners with qualified local real estate agents who agree to cover the cost of home staging.

1. Privacy and Data Use

• We will not sell your personal or property information with any third party.
• We do not share your contact or property information with any third party, except with the recommended realtor and stager as needed to provide the service.
• We may store your contact information and use cookies to improve your experience. We will not request sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for contact and coordination.

2. No Obligation

• You are not obligated to work with any agent or stager we recommend.
• No party is obligated to work together until a formal listing agreement is signed between you and the agent.

3. Staging Costs and Agent Commitment

• If you choose to sign a listing agreement with the recommended agent, the agent agrees to pay for staging costs as outlined in the referral introduction email.
• The scope of staging will be defined in that email, based on your listing price and home details.
• stagedfirst only receives a referral fee from the agent if you choose to work with the recommended agent.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate property information and allow reasonable contact for coordination.
• You retain full control over whether to move forward with any agent or listing.

5. No Guarantee

• We do not guarantee that staging services will be provided at no cost to you. This is dependant on both you and the realtor agreeing on terms directly with one another.
• We do not guarantee a specific sale price or outcome.

6. Availability

The service is only available in specific target markets during the beta phase.
