At stagedfirst, we match you with a top-performing local realtor who covers the cost of professional home staging—at no cost to you.
All of our partner agents are seasoned professionals with deep local expertise and rank in the top 20% of area sales.
Here's how it works:
- We introduce you and the recommended agent via email.
- You coordinate a walk-through with the agent and stager.
- After the walk-through, the agent and stager will share their strategy and plan.
- You decide whether to move forward with the team.
There's no obligation to work with the first agent we recommend. If it's not the right fit, simply let us know—we're happy to refer another top agent.
If you decide to move forward, you'll sign a standard seller-agent agreement directly with the agent, with the staging service included as a rider.
Then it's game time: your home is professionally staged, photographed, and listed—ready to impress.
